Educational studies have determined that smaller class sizes foster better learning environments because they create a more individualized, interactive classroom.
FLEX classes are limited to 10 students. (Our competitors have 25-40 students per class.) For students who want even more direct interaction with tutors, FLEX also offers tutoring sessions in which the student-to-teacher ratio is limited to 4:1.
Note: Our class and tutorial sizes are calibrated to find the most effective balance between peer interaction and individualized instructor attention. We generally encourage small group classes over one-on-one tutoring because they are a more cost-effective and productive option.
"Smaller class size is a good idea...because it means that children will receive more individual attention from teachers...The fewer students in a class, the better they will learn."- David Lyon, President and CEO, Public Policy Institute of California
