Upon exiting the 57 freeway, head East on Lambert Rd.
Make a left on Pointe Dr (landmarks include Souplantation and Outback Steakhouse on the left).
Make a right at the second entrance with signs indicating Ventura Foods and Avery Products.
Continue around a slight right curve past an entrance to the parking structure.
After passing a cafe called “Lunch Box 101” on your left and a large water feature on your right, FLEX Brea will be on your left immediately next to the cafe.

Parking: The entrance to the parking structure is on your left as soon as you pass FLEX Brea. This parking structure is free of charge with no time restrictions, but you must park only in non-designated spots.
